From his page, “Normally I would post a teaser photo before posting the image I’m happiest with, but I don’t have time for that nonsense today.

This is a single 30 second exposure from my best friends back yard last night in Sheridan. You can even see the tent I’ve been living in since Wednesday. I was genuinely excited and a little worried at how close the lightning was getting, but I couldn’t bring myself to call it quits too soon. And I’m thankful that I stuck it out as long as I did because this was one of the last images I was able to capture before the rain started and drove me inside.”
